Product Description:
1. Introduction:
Elevating welding positioners can be lifted by crane and fixed by pin. These positioners
are designed for maximum loads of 1000KG to 6, 000KG have universal applications in the manual and automatic welding of circumferential seams and in the accurate positioning of work-pieces, and extensively applied in pressure vessel, metallurgy, power, chemical industry, metal structure and others lines. We also provide tailor-made welding positioners according to your special requirements.
2. Main features
The standard models of our elevating welding positioners have the following features:
This welding positioned mainly consists of machine frame, lifting seat, worktable, tilting transmission device, rotation transmission device and electric control system, etc;
Manual elevating which elevated by crane and fixed by pin;
Free standing, robust all steel fabrication;
Variable speed table rotation controlled by inverter;
Fully machined turntable of various sizes with centering grooves and T-slots;
Sand blasting treatment to main welding parts before painting;
All motion parts have lubrication system;
Main electric elements are ABB/Siemens brands;
Hand pendant with Forward&Reverse Rotation, Tilt UP&DOWN, and speed potentiometer are standard;
Efficient built-in earthing;
Lifting lug;
Standard color:
Optional features:
Square worktable;
Extension arms;
Foot pedal;
Extensive system accessories such as three-jaw chucks;
Interface for integral control with welding column&boom;
