12V Electric Impact Wrench Operating Manual:
For your safety, please read this operating manual carefully
before operation
1. Operation Scope
1.1 The electric wrench is used for cars
1.2 Other nets is used for tight and loose
2. Operation Environment
The electric wrench is applied below 1000 meters above sea level and from -20℃ to +40℃ under natural temperature. It is prohibited to be operated in the circumstances of magnetic and explosive fields.
3. Warranty Period
1 year
4. Special Safety Rules
4.1 This electric wrench can only be used in 12V DC cigarette lighter socket in cars
4.2 Start the engine before operation of the electric wrench, keep the engine running while running
4.3 Don’t use this electric wrench continuously for more than 10 minutes
4.4 When loosening wheel nuts, ensure the correct socket is attached onto the electric wrench head
4.5 Don’t touch the electric wrench head during operation
4.6 Don’t over tighten wheel nuts
4.7 Don’t fit any other socket that has not been supplied with this electric wrench
4.8 Never leave the electric wrench unattended while connected to the cigarette lighter plug
4.9 Always keep children away from the working area
5. Operation Instructions
Warning: please follow the operating manual strictly
5.1 Switch Operation
A. Use the on/off switch to switch on the electric wrench. To switch off, release the on/off switch
B. Switch the button to the “L” mark, then the electric wrench is in the “loose” position
C. Switch the button to the “T” mark, then the electric wrench is in the “tight” position
D. In normal use, the impact frequency for tightening shall not be more than 6 times
5.2 Loose Wheel Nuts
A. Use your jack to lift up your car, ensure the wheel about 5 cm(2 inch) between the ground. Refer to your car operation manual for the exact height
B. Put cigarette lighter plug into cigarette lighter and start the engine
C. Choose one of the sockets to sure it applicable the screws, and put it to the electric wrench head
D. Then press the side of the switch (with “L” mark) to start
E. If nets rusted and add grease, if any needed
5.3 Tighten Wheel Nuts
A. Put wheel in position, screw on the nut by hand prior to tightening with the electric wrench. This avoid cross threading the nut
B. Press the side of the switch (with “T”) sto start, the nut will be tightened in a few seconds
C. The nut will be tight enough when 4~5 clicks are heard, Don’t over tighten
6. Maintenance
The electric wrench must be maintained and repaired by professionals according to the operating manual.
6.1 Keep it clean and dry after operation
6.2 Any change in the structure, which might affect its safety. Is probidden
7. Troubles Analysis
7.1 Troubles
The electric wrench does not work or can not start or stop when running
7.2 Causes
A. No electricity in the cigarette lighter
B. Fuse is broken
7.3 Solutions
A. Check if your vehicle requires “key on” position
B. Check it or insert the plug correctly
C. Check there is no foreign material inside the cigarette lighter socket. Only use non-conductive tools to remove it. Never use metal tools
D. Change a good 10A fuse
