Product Description:
1. Introduction:
Head and tailstock welding positioners are designed for handling of long, heavy and
bulky work-pieces, elliptical vessels and fabricated frames. It can realize motorized 360 degree rotation. These positioners are designed for maximum loads of 1T to 100T have universal applications in the manual or automatic welding and in the accurate positioning of work-pieces, and extensively applied in pressure vessel, metallurgy, power, chemical industry, metal structure and others lines. We also provide tailor-made welding positioners according to your special requirements.
2. Main features:
The standard models of our head and tailstock welding positioners have the following features:
Robust all steel fabrication;
Variable speed table rotation controlled by inverter;
Fully machined turntable of various sizes with centering grooves and T-slots;
Sand blasting treatment to main welding parts before painting;
All motion parts have lubrication system;
Main electric elements are ABB/Siemens brands;
Supplied individually as standard;
Hand pendant with Forward&Reverse Rotation and speed potentiometer are standard;
Efficient built-in earthing;
Lifting lug;
Standard color:
Optional features:
Square worktable;
Extension arms;
Foot pedal;
Tailstock mounted on trackway, capable of being moved for various work-piece length;
Extensive system accessories such as three-jaw chucks;
