The 5-layer sintered wire mesh screen panel is right to be used in filters within the pharmaceutical
and chemical industries. This filter medium has the power to work under a good sort of temperatures and pressures while maintaining its opening size. It's excellent corrosion resistance and mechanical strength. and in contrast to other sintered powder filter media, it's the power to be cleaned by backwashing.
The stainless steel sintered wire mesh screen panel composed of five different layers of stainless steel wire mesh. The stainless steel wire mesh is merged and sintered together by vacuum sintering, compression, and rolling to form a porous sintered mesh.
Compared with other filters, sintered wire mesh has many advantages, such as:
1. High strength and durability after high-temperature sintering;
2.Corrosion resistance, heat resistance up to 480 ℃;
3.Stable filter grade from 1 micron to 100 microns;
4.Since there are two protective layers, the filter is not easy to deform;
5.Can be used for uniform filtration under high pressure or high viscosity environment;
6.Suitable for cutting, bending, stamping, stretching and welding.
