Features
The
line use dry milling technologies. Compare with wet milling and semidry milling, the products do not need to be bake out, which reduce the cost for desiccation, e.g.: area, equipment, fuel, human resources etc., consequently reduce a major invest for our clients;
Compare the germ which produced by other corn flour manufactory our produce have no chemical pollution, high corn germ yield rate, high purity degree and high quality is an eco- product with higher health requirement;
The line has simple structure, high adjustability for the field area and the workshop, no special requirements. Effectively cut down the fixed investment. Simple installations, fast construct progress, short construction period, allow our clients to meet the benefits in the shortest possible time;
The specific equipments different with the traditional wet milling extracting germ line used by starch manufactory and alcohol manufactory, the core equipments dry milling extracting germ and selecting germ both using our patent devices to guarantee our clients can get the best quality germ;

Functional description
This series of extracting corn germ line using include: removing impurity and stone, hulling, germ remove, selecting germ, fine germ select, sifter, dust elimination, suspending clean sift, pulverize, vertical transfer, horizontal transfer, air transfer, dust removal by ventilation and packing, to make sure our clients to get higher corn germ yield rate and purity (corn germ yield rate 8-9%, starch content under 10% and 95% of whole corn germ rate, compare with the industry standard. This production line is suitable for food manufactories, starch sugar manufactories, and brewery manufactories, alcohol manufactories and feed manufactories.
