Acid and alkali resistant conveyor belt is a kind of working environment suitable for contact with acid and alkali. It is blended with rubber and plastic and filled with inert materials with excellent acid and alkali resistance.
Full-thickness tensile propertiesa.
a. Full thickness, longitudinal tensile strength after-aging test reduces not lower than 30% of before-aging values.
b. Full thickness, longitudinal elongation at reference force, not more than 4%.
c. Longitudinal tensile strength, not less than the below table. (N/mm)
Acid And Alkali Resistant Conveyor Belt Features: cotton canvas, nylon canvas or polyester canvas as the core, with good elasticity, good groove performance and low elongation. The coating adhesive made of acid-alkali resistant material has good chemical resistance and physical properties.
Application: Suitable for conveying corrosive materials containing acid in a chemical plant, chemical fertilizer plant, paper mill, etc.
Acid and alkali resistant conveyor belt (acid and alkali resistant conveyor belt) is suitable for a working environment in contact with acid and alkali, such as phosphate fertilizer manufacturing, seawater salt.
