The Alarm Monitoring Station is a semi-official organization authorized by the Ministry of Domestic Affairs
and constantly inspected by the authorities by means of announced or unannounced visits. It works jointly with the security forces. Its structuring has been completed under Article 5 of Statute no. 51 88 on private security services executed by the Ministry of Domestic Affairs of Turkey. The Alarm Monitoring Station carries out remote supervision of security panels of customers (subscribed users of the system) electronically by means of phone lines round the clock and all days of the week. All of the information and documents relating to our customers are kept confidential and are only disclosed to security forces upon their demand. Our correspondence is confidential with the degree of confidentiality of “Confidential”. All of our employees have been vetted and are hired only after receipt of an approval letter from the Ministry of Domestic Affairs for each of them.
How does the alarm monitoring station work?
Electronic security panels receive signals from different wired or wireless detectors (PIR, sound, heat, smoke, vibration, gas, water, flame) connected to security panels or directly from alarm buttons as well as periodical control signals, and treat them according to the instructions given by the user or installer using their own processor and pass them to the Alarm Monitoring Station in a matter of seconds by phone lines and/or, if installed, by a GSM module.
Eagle Police Call Receiving Center (Central Monitoring Station) is a receiving and responding system designed for online alarm systems. Consisting of a receiver (hardware) and a program (software), PCRC is suitable for use in cities, schools, hospitals and residential compounds. The receiver is capable of receiving signals in CONTACT ID, 4+2 EXPRESS, 4/2, 4 /1 and 3/1 formats and is compatible with all systems commonly used in the world, such as ADEMCO, C&K, DSC, PARADOX, BOSCH, GE, EL, FBI and OMNI.
