Product Description:
Aipu solids control manufacture high quality hydrocyclone desander for well drilling mud process. The
desander cones are usually 8~12". The quantity or number is based on the demand of flow rate from user. Or considering the drilling rig power and mud pump capacity
There can be large capacity bottom shaker or the discharge slide trough.Under centrifugal pump transferring the drilling fluid will be fed into desander separator feed inlet pipe and the solids over 47 microns in drilling mud will be separated out there

1. 100% Polyurethane(PU) Material for desander cones with longer using life.
2. Clamp type for easy maintenance.
3. Compact design with small footprint.
4. Flexible options for 1 or 2, or 3 for different capacities.
5. Different size of downstream shale shaker for option.
6. Flexible fast connection are available for user friendly assembly.
7. Tangentially blended into the cone entry as a narrow rectangle to minimizes turbulence in the upper section of the cone, allowing the solids to move quickly to the cone wall.
