Amylphenol disulfide polymer VA-3, the appearance Reddish-brown to dark brown pastilles and sulfur content is 27.0-29.0%. It's nitrosamine-free sulfur donor vulcanizing agent; Natural rubber and most synthetic rubbers; Amylphenol disulfide polymer 3 produces predominately monosulfide bridges. These bridges are stable and have excellent resistance to heat and ageing when compared with typical polysulfide bridges.
Composition:Amylphenol disulfide polymer(>95% )+sulfur(<2%)< p="">
Advantages:
● Non-nitrosamine
● Lower tack to make it easier to stock and handle
● Lower volatility
● Lower volatile degradation products
● Good compatibility with many rubber polymers
● Very good antioxidant properties
● Improve heat age properties of vulcanizates because of its generation of mono- and di-sulfic crosslinks
● Increase the resinous plasticizer during processing
● Increase the green tack in NBR, BR and SBR based compounds
● Improve the dispersion of other compound ingredients into rubber
