Product Description:
Antenna dish for major communication systems, transmitting television programmes, telecommunications
and business data. Worm gear screw jacks for accurate positioning of elevation and azimuth of large antenna dishes. Low axial backlash and high stiffness are required to maintain antenna dish on station under high fluctuating wind loads.
Common to most screw jacks for antenna dish positioning are the following elements:
1. Screw jack attached directly to the large antenna dish.
2. Upright type jacks, translating screw(self lock), clevis end type.
3. Reduction gear mechanisms used.
4. Others components: steel cover, rubber bellows, limited switches, swivel mounting base and swivel plates, motor flange.
5. Anti-backlash device is available.
6. Notice, travel stroke should be reduce the rubber bellow length when full retract.
For antenna dish positioning, NOSEN screw jack RN-Series, RNF-Series are available.
RN-Series, max static load 100 tons each, max dynamic load 26 tons each.
RNF-Series, max load capacities 50 tons each.
