Product Description:
IRGANOX 565 equivalent;it’s an excellent stabilizer and antioxidant for rosin ester. Besides, Antioxidant
565 is also a high molecular weight, non-staining, multifunctional antioxidant for the stabilization of unsaturated elastomers such as BR, IR, SBR, SIS, SBS etc, hot melt adhesive.
Chemical Name: 4-[[4, 6-bis(octylsulfanyl)-1, 3, 5-triazin-2-yl]amino]-2, 6-ditert-butylphenol
Formula: C33H56N4OS2

Applications:
Antioxidant 565 is a good stabilizer for rosin ester tackifier resins;
Antioxidant 565 is highly effective antioxidant for unsaturated elastomers such as polybutadiene, polyisoprene, styrene-butadiene rubber and styrenic block copolymers such as SIS, SBS;
Antioxidant is also useful for the stabilization for hot melt adhesive especially those derived from unsaturated elastomers
Recommended dosage: 0.02%~1%. (specific dosage depends on the substrate, application and conditions of use)
Advantages:
Highly effective to prevent gel formation and discoloration in unsatured elastomers, even at reduced concentration against conventional antioxidants;
Non-discoloring and non-staining
