Quality is stressed as the base in Norce and inspections are strictly performed. The raw materials are all made from 4145H forging or rolling modified steel. When producing, traceability is maintained and serial numbers die-stamped on each bar body. Ultrasonic Testing and Magnetic Partical Testing are practiced before and after Heat Treatment and specimens taken from each bar to make Tensile Test and Impact Test. All connections are made according to API SPEC 7-1. We assure the mechanical properties of every product comply with or exceed the requirements of API.
Norce's products have been widely used among some famous oilfields in China. It's proved that after 600-hour drilling, no thread gluing or fracture appears.
