Aromatic Stinging Nettle Water
Stinging nettle: The ways and garden borders are being graced during
the spring months by sting causing herb when it is touched called stinging nettle. The stinging nettle is the common name for up to 50 species . It is an annual, parasitic herb native to Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia and North America.
The stinging nettle is a known traditional herb, have no known side effect. Stinging nettle have a histamine, serotonin, and acetyl choline, formic acid, flavonoids, triglycerides, tannin, salicylic acid, vitamin C and A and mucilage substances. The stinging hairs of most nettle species contain formic acid, serotonin and histamine. Stinging nettle leaves have huge amount of vitamin C and especially potassium, iron and calcium.
The stinging nettle aromatic water of the Aksuvital are produced under completely hygienic and healthy conditions. It is extracted from the stinging nettle by the way of steam distillation and packaged to a clean bottle in our company.
How to use:
For the adults, the Aksuvital Aromatic Nettle Water can be taken directly, otherwise can be diluted with 1/2 or 1/3 cup of tea by adding water or juice of fruits, or could be sweetened by honey and taken three times daily before or after meals.
Stinging Nettle Uses:
1- Suggested to use in healing of Rheumatical disorders and Arthritis internally and externally.*, **
2- It has an effect to purify blood and stop bleeding.
3- Its diuretic feature is widely known.
4- Due to its anti-inflammatory effect, it is adviced to be used in treatment of Urinary tract infections and stones (urolithiasis). *, **
5- Supporting to reduce the blood sugar level.
6- It promotes digestion and has a healing effect for peptic ulcer and useful in lowering the fever.
7-As a respiratory tract dilator, it is expectorant and used to treat treacheatis.
8- Because of rich content of iron, calcium and Vitamin C, it can be used as a supporter in anemia complaints.
9- It helps to decrease hair loss and scurf, besides it provides a strong and bright appearance by strengthening.
10-Used as a carminative to reduce the digestive tract gases (stomach and intestinal gases).
11-It is helpful to decelerate the growth of cancer's cells by renewing cells.
12- Used in the management of benign prostate hyperplasia by its effect on the 5-alpha reductase enzyme.
13-Stinging Nettle can cause a good enhancement effect by keeping male & female hormones on the alert.*, **, ***
14-Stinging Nettle seeds have been used for the treatment of seborrhea (on head skin caused by excessive oily substance) in traditional European medicine.
15-It helps to increase milk production for nursing women.
