Product Description:
The AS1502 is a two way arrayable system, light, simple and versatile
product. The specified conception
is based on the latest electro-acoustical
concepts and theoretical basics.
The AS1502 shall be an active 2-way loudspeaker containing a customdesigned
15-inch long excursion transducer and one 2-inch diaphragm
compression driver that is coupled to an extremely accurate horn that
provides a 9 horizontal by 5 )vertical coverage. As a full range o o o o 0 0 (+10, -40
system, the frequency response shall be 60 Hz to 18 kHz(-6dB). The enclosure
shall have a trapezoidal shape allow for tightly packed arrays with minimal
overlap in high frequencies. Cabinet construction shall consist of 18 mm and
21 mm birch plywood with aluminum plates on the top and bottom. The front
of the enclosure shall be protected by a black epoxy-coated, 1.8 mm thick
acoustical black steel grille.
The AS1502 shall be deployed in tightly-packed array clusters to deliver
coverage that is proportional to the number of units in the array. While AS
1502 arrays are optimized for horizontal installations, they can also be used
vertically when necessary. Loudspeaker enclosure shall be installed using a
dedicated rigging and accessories.
The loudspeaker shall be used with an approved digital processor with OEM
factory presets for active 2-way.
The AS1502 loudspeakers are used in small up to midsize applications, including theatres, churches, centerfill and sidefill in large-scale systems, touring, stadia, gymnasia, theatres, churches, nightclubs, multi-purpose
halls etc. And this being intended for small to midsize scale venues.
Besides, AS1502 can be used either in a active mode. Also, the choice of the
present digital processor is to optimise frequency range, crossover and amplimiting, in order to fulfil all expected conditions and to satisfy all types of
users.
The AS1502 combined with Trans-Audio SW series subwoofers can meet
your applications of outdoor/ indoor sound reinforcement.
