mount and shape all kinds of box such as gift box, shoe box, moon cake box, mobile phone box, shoe box. It has the feature of intelligence, accuracy, quickness and stability. It just needs one operator to put paper and cardboard. The time to change the specification is very short. It adopts automatic feeding system for paper, automatic gluing, automatic positioning device, automatic folding and forming.
The machine is mainly made up of following parts, including Automatic Paper Feeding and automatic orientation part, corner pasting part Cardboard Feeding Table.

2.Equip heat exchange gluing system
3.Four Corner Pasting at one time with galvanothemy melting point device
4.Air pump belt control by the division device
5.Orientation of the box and paper wrap control by adjust device, error betweeną0.2mm
6.Automatic pick up device between the conveyor belt and box forming machine
7.series step of box molding for box putting in, coating and folding edge
8.auto mulfunction diagnoses and PLC control
