It is used for the cleaning and recycling the cloth leftover, cotton waste, thrum, burlap,
non-woven cloth, chemical fiber etc.
Characteristics:
1. New rack construction is scientific reasonable and safe, the performance is reliable; operation is stable, and easy to handle.
2. Output is high, good loosing and cleaning effectives, low-loss, environmental and low noisy.
3. Adopt to oblique gear speed reducer can make the good adaptability during the long time working, and will not be heat, has long life time.
4. Adopt the automatic feeding device, which is our patent product. Not use artificial repeatedly cleaning, reduces the labor intensity.
5. Equipped the new designed gear device, gradual processing on the raw materials, reduce the Fiber damage.
6. Special structure roller and arc-shaped cotton feeding board, and has the long life time.
7. New sprocket transmission, Instead of the connect board transmission, few wearing parts and low failure rate.
8. Gap is easy to adjust and maintenance.
9. Various forms of free combination from single roller to six rollers, free to choose the machines according to different materials.
