Automatic machine for installing the buttons
is used for automatic installation of buttons consisting of 4 parts. Installation can be made on fabric, leather, PVC, synthetic (ECO leather) and other materials not exceeding 1.5 mm. by thickness.
The machine is a fully mechanical. It is easily adjustable and has high maintainability. The principle of work is the automatic supply of accessories to the installation zone from the drums along special guides (channels). Punching a hole and then fixing the button on the product. The machine has a productivity 10 times higher than that of manual labor.
Technical features of the machine:
The machine has a single clamp device of button, which eliminates the hit of 2 buttons at once in the same place.
Automatic supply of metal accessories to the guides. High speed filling channels reaches 80 pieces per minute!
Cab be with a laser-positioning device, which guarantees the accuracy of the installation.*
After fastening, the buttons remain neat and of the correct shape.
Easy change of tools and reliable operator control.
Punching and installing tools are made of high quality tool steel.
