Product Description:
POLYOL blending station
Polyol blending station is used for blending the ready polyol through 1 or more
base polyols with additives like catalyst, foaming agent, silicone automatically.
Working principle of automatic Polyol blending station
Working principle of automatic polyol blending station
1. Set the blending ration of base polyols and additives in the PLC according to the process recipes and formula
2.Start up the "Start" program, 1 or more base polyols start to feed to the blending tank from IBC or drum, and the weight is metered by the weighing cell.
3.At the same time, the additives also be fed and metered into additive blending tank, the weight shall be measured by the high accuracy weighing cell.
4.After all the base polyol are fed into the blending tank, the additives starts to flow into the blending tank
5.After all the material are fed into the blending tank, the system start to mix the material, the mixing time can be set on HMI
6.After the blending time reached, the system start to transfer and recirculate, meanwhile, the ready polyol sample can be taken out from sampling port on the return line
7.Test the material and transfer the ready polyol to drum or foaming machine of production line
8. All the blending data can be quired and saved in the PLC and IPC.
