Automatic Grid/Plate Pick-Up Feeder for Different Machine: Drive to Feeder: It has Independent Frequency
Drive with Directly coupled positive drive gear box. Feeder: It incorporates new improved design to work & self-align according to settings hence minimum change over time is required. It is fitted with Oil-Free Vacuum Pump with fast Pick & Place Property with high speed control Valves & Vacuum Accumulator Chamber. This reduces part inventory also because maximum parts of same configurations is fitted at different place because of our own design.
AUTOMATIC PASTING MACHINE /Grid Pasting Machine This AUTOMATIC PASTING MACHINE is best in its class. Our Brand itself is made due to performance of our machines those are performing well from 1989. This machine is available for Automobile Battery Plates, Motorcycle Battery Plates, Storage Battery Plates, and Solar Battery Plates etc. It does pasting automatically. Capacity of Machine to accommodate Panels: Length Minimum 145 to Maximum 290, Width 155 {Length is adjustable with the help of Single Handle (Precisely)}
Speed: More than 150 Panel/Minute (this depends upon width of panel) Belt Drive: It also has Independent Frequency Drive with Directly coupled positive drive gear box. Placing of Panels on Belt: Panels are fed beneath the Hopper by Auto Adjustable Roller. This roller has self locking Property to avoid extra idling pressure on belt which will increase life of belt. Hopper has Following Main Specialties: Feeding Hood & inside lining is acid resistance Stainless Steel. Both the Roller & Paste Feeding is made of Stainless of same grade which will increase life as well as mixing of deteriorated Material from roller & inside of hopper will increase ferrous component of paste. First roller is covered with S.S.Cover (easily detachable).Side of roller also have covers to regulate flow to the panels if panel size will vary then these cover will be changed to suit Panel length, to avoid spilling of paste to belt. Hopper is fitted with Jerk-Free Air Pressure Back Cylinder & get the operator Quick User-Friendly Operations. Compacting Roller: This roller is made of extra super finish Hard Steel to attain proper thickness & compact super quality pasted plate. Air Shaving Jets are provided to recollect extra Paste from Sides of Plates if it is there. Acid Dipping is achieved by Flow Regulated Acid Dripping Jets from both (Top & Bottom) sides of Plates. These all Parts are made of Acid resistant Material. Acid spilling is avoided by S.S. Covers.
There are Two Sets of Drive Rollers to achieved Double side pasting. Both sets are air pressure regulated which delivers Uniform Flatness both sides. Loading & Unloading Pressure is Measurable Uniform on both sides. Extra Paste Roller: These are fitted with Dancing Scrappers. Sizes LXBXH: 3650X1250X1650 Many More new operating User-Friendly Features. Flash Drying Oven Flash Drying Oven - FOM 2500 Series 1. This Oven is most suitable for flash drying Pasted Plate. This has Three Pass system to use minimum energy to attain Required Temp. Which can be set & at the same time it will control moisture in the oven hence maximizing benefit of energy. 2. Only one/two Blower distributes airflow evenly (regulated as per requirement) for both side of Plates. Hence, Energy consumption reduced again. 3. Heat Losses reduced by conserving as well by more efficient & four layers of Insulation to stop radiation heat. 4. Link Chain Conveyor is passing through oven to take the panels through it without affecting airflow. 5. The speed of the oven conveyor adjusted automatically to match to the output of the pasting machine. 6. Inspection doors are all around oven at operator side in order to allow easy maintenance reach.
Pasted Plate Collecting Conveyor: This Conveyor is unique of its kind. This Collect & Loading Attachment can be connected to Load after counting of Plates.
