Since the raw material of the biomass pellets is wood logs, wood branches, wood sawdust. It’s necessary to process the raw material before granulating the material into pellets. Usually, the size of the raw material should be less than 2/3 of the die hole.
The Requirements Of Biomass Pellet Machine pelletization
There are three kinds of requirements in pelletizing, the first is the raw material, the second is the particle size, and the third is the humidity. As long as these three requirements are met in the pelletizing process, a good biomass pellet fuel can be made. The wood pellet machine is most suitable for coarse fiber pelletization. The common processing materials are: wood chips, straw.
