2-S-I-O-0229 bipolar spur gear slewing drives, used in special vehicles, customers require the slewing drives can withstand 3 tons load, torque 2068Nm, there must be a certain distance between the hydraulic motors and the rotation centers.
According to the customers’ needs, the engineers of U-TRSM have designed this type of special bipolar spur gear slewing drives.
Compared with the general spur gear slewing drives, this type of bipolar slewing drives added a secondary gear, which increase the distances between the customers’ motors and the slewing drives’ rotation centers, effectively increasing the space for installation of equipment.
The bipolar spur gear slewing drives are especially suitable for occasions where the installation spaces are limited. Due to the limited installation spaces of the rotary turntables, the sizes of the input ends are large, and there are interferences with the turntables. In this case, the bipolar slewing drives show their advantages. Compared with the ordinary single gear spur gear slewing drives, the bipolar slewing drives increase the installation spaces, reduce the costs and can better meet the needs of use.
