1 Purpose: To assess whether a product complies bite force requirements.
(2) Range: Toy accessible portion size ≤ 1.25 ± 0.05in, and products designed to allow children into the mouth biting bits thickness 1.25 ± 0.05in, depth of at least 0.25in.
3 Equipment: bite force clamp, pressure pounds timer

<1> Sample bite force during the test at room temperature before 23 ± 2 ℃, humidity of 20% to 70% of the environment for 4 hours.
