The frozen durian is thawed slightly. It tastes delicate and has an ice-cream
taste. Compared with fresh durian, it has a different flavor.

Durian blast cold room is designed to be less than 40 cubic meters compared with other kinds of cold storage, But the requirement is stricter and the cost is higher than that of the general quick-cooling storage project.
