Product Description:Brief introduction of fabric thickness meter
The test principle of the fabric thickness meter is to
place the sample on the reference plate, apply pressure to the sample with a presser foot, and measure the distance between the area of the presser foot contacting the sample and the reference plate, which is the thickness value.

Replacement of the presser foot
According to standards and special needs, there may be different presser feet that need to be selected according to needs.
Unscrew the presser foot in the power-off state and screw up the replacement presser foot to start the normal test.
experiment procedure
Precautions before using the digital indicator
If there is dirt such as dust on the measuring rod, it will affect the movement of the measuring rod, so please wipe it with a clean, oil-free cloth before use.
Wipe clean, do not apply oil on the measuring rod.
Please wipe the case clean with a soft dry cloth. If there is serious dirt on the case, please use a damp cloth containing a neutral detergent
Wipe, do not shake volatile solvents such as thinner, so as not to damage the shell.
Unauthorized personnel are not allowed to disassemble and repair the digital display indicator by themselves to avoid damage to the indicator.
experiment procedure
Short press the ZERO/ON button on the digital display to turn on the digital display.
After ensuring that the instrument is placed horizontally, press ZERO/ON to clear the digital display.
Raise the presser foot, place the fabric under the presser foot, lower the presser foot, and place the weight on the presser foot.
Start the stopwatch and read the reading within 5±1s.
The number of measuring points for each piece of leather is selected according to different standards.
