Desilter is the third phase solids control equipment to treat the drilling fluids, and improve the performance
of drilling mud, can combined with desander cleaner. The most common cone is ”4 or 5”, mainly separate size of 15-47μm solids particles out from drilling fluids.Desilter is also called Hydrocyclone Desilter. According to clients’treating capacity can choose the number of cones.

Brightway Solids BWCNQ series 4 inch Oilfield Drilling Mud Hydrocyclone Desilter Features
1. Adopt ANSNy limited elment analysis, optimize structure.
2. Heat treatment on complete deck, grinding sand, pickling phosphating and hot dip galvanizing.
3. Painting: Heavy anti-corrosion paint adopt national famous Dewei Brand.
4. Vibration motor is form Italy OLI.
5. Electrinic control system if from Huarong brand or Helong brand explosion-proof eletronic switch.
6. High strength compound rubber material used to reduce shocking
7. Cones adopt high wearing-resisting polyurethane and High copy structure
8. Inlet and outlet adopt fast joint connection
