Rdp applications
Honghai brand Redispersible polymer powder(RDP) product are widely used in the construction industry-ceramic tile slurry, dry mixed mortar, crack filler, tile adhesive, self-leveling mortar, thermal insulation mortar, skim coat, putty powder, tile grouts, tile joint filler, decoration mortar, coating glue, cement-based plastering mortar and cement-based ceramic tile adhesive.
RDP For Wall putty
Water retention: maximized water content in slurry.
Anti-sagging: when spreading a thicker coat corrugation can be avoided.
Increased mortar yield: depending on the weight of the dry mixture and appropriate formulation, HPMC can increase the mortar volume.
RDP For Exterior Insulation and Finish System ( EIFS )/ETICS
Improved adhesion.
Good wetting ability for EPS board and substrate.
Reduced air entrancement and water uptake.
RDP For Self-leveling
Protection from water exudation and material sedimentation.
No effect on slurry fluidity with low viscosity
