Product Description:
UD unidirectional fabric is made of super high molecular weight PE fiber which are orthogonal laid down
and thermally bonded with special bullet proof brinder. It features soft flexible, light weight, moisture resistant, UV resistant and high bullet proof specific energy absorption.
It’s widely used for soft bulletproof and bayonet proof jacket, ballistic helmet and bullet proof sheet.
Bulletproof unidirectional fabric can promptly distribute energy of bullet on a large area so as to reduce depth of concavity of bulletproof materials so that non-penetration injury can be therefore reduced. Besides, this fabric can absorb bullet’s shock and block smashed bullet pieces to prevent secondary injury. It is therefore the advanced ideal soft bulletproof composite material.
This product features soft quality, low specific gravity, waterproof, resistance to dampness and chemical corrosion, and anti-UV radiation, etc. It is popularly applied to light bulletproof jacket, bulletproof vest plate, bulletproof helmet, explosion-proof shield, light hard armor and explosion isolation.
