Product Description:
This machine is used to print forms with the combinations of countinuous offset printing stations, relief
printing, perforating, creasing, vertical and transversal creasing and folding.The optional function can be performed by the optional units or parts.
The PLC control system and touch screen operational unit make it easy to operate. It can peform first-tension and second-tension adjustment, auto-skew adjustment, back-side printing, static eliminating and pre-set countering attachments.

The LR adjustment scope of air expand, paper roll jacking device.
With air-cooling magnetic powder brake for automatic tension control.
NC paper scrap detection, and photoelectricity detection of paper break and joint.
With functions of auto skew adjustment, margin locking, paper scrap exhausting, etc.
With pitch ＆#118alue NC device to adjust and control the pitch when paper depth changes.
2. Offset printing unit
Circumference of printing cylinder: 10”-19”; PS Plate thickness: 0.15mm; rolling up-printing structure, and blanket thickness: 0.95mm.
With three-roller exchange air-operated fixture to change printing diameter.
Dampening adopts water-ink separation type .
Adjustment scope, circumference advance and retreat 360degree, axial direction ±5mm.
Printing register adopts motor adjusting plate .
If joint or paper break occurs, roller will automatically come away.
Through tumbler, connect and reverse paper for reverse printing.
3. Processing part
Margin punching device adopts internal frame free movement method, after fixing punching wheel with the axis, no vibration occurs, which has improved the lifespan of punching pins.
Horizontal perforation cylinder is divided into two groups
Adjustable and replaceable horizontal perforating cylinder circumference rangs 10-19inch .
Horizontal folding rang: 3”-18”.
Pitch of holes and the position of horizontal perforating line nicking blade can be set and adjusted by NC device. The equiped with slitting knife can be used for middle slitting or edge triming.
Pre-set device of trimming and vertical perforation.
4. Folding part
Length of folding paper rangs from 7”to 17”
Automatical adjustment of zig zag paper size by setting on touch screen interface.
Equiped with static eliminating device, paper break detection, vertical perforation, counting, color monitor, etc.
