Working principle of the cable reel transfer machine
The transfer machine is powered by the cable reel which is installed at the bottom of the machine through the AC control system to drag the machine to start, stop, go forward and backward and adjust its speed. When the machine runs, the cable reel rotates along with it and the cable is released or wound evenly.
Excellent box beam structure
The machine adopts the box beam structure which ensures the stability of the frame. The longitudinal beams and the beams are across welded together to make the box beam structure. It ensures that there is no concentrated load on the frame and the frame bear equivalent force.
Application of the cable reel transfer machine
The kpj series transfer machine is widely used in the workshop or across the workshops to transport cargoes of metal processing pieces, weldment and forging pieces in the machine manufacturing, metallurgy plant, electronics, coal, heavy industry and light industry.
