Four-side Ironing Packing Machine is suitable for packing the high accuracy and easy fragile material,
like puffy food, snacks, corn flakes, breakfast cereals, potato chips, sticks, peanuts, chocolate beans, corn grits, beans, rice, jelly, candy, pistachio, apple slices, dumpling, pet food, small hardware, medicine, flour, powder, granules, etc.
Fully automatic and continuous for packing many kinds of food or materials.
This packing machine has combined many functions into one: Making bag - Filling materials - Filling air or nitrogen (needs additional air compressor or nitrogen generator) - Sealing bag - Making holes - Printing date & code.
Equipped with safety protection, comply with firm’s safety management requirements.
Use intelligent temperature controller to have accurate temperature; ensure the artistic and neat seal.
Imported PLC computer control system with human-machine interface.
Touch screen is simple and direct-viewing in operation.
Precise positioning with servo film transporting system.
Excellent complete machine performance and nice packing.
Minimize the loss with complete automatic alarm protection function.
Maximize the whole machine’s control precision, reliability and intelligent zed level.
Touch screen can store the technical parameters of various kinds of products, no need to reset while products changing.
This packing machine can make pillow-type bag and standing bag according to customer’s requirements.
Many kinds of compound film can be packing material.
Emergency stop button for sudden accident or fault.
Well sealing to separate outside air, the strong sealing can hold an adult’s weight (more than 100kg).
