Product Description:
Cantilever cutters are mainly applied in drilling hole 500mm—1000mm in diameter. They save space with
unilateral bearing, and also mounted on the center of RCD cutterhead to minimize out-of-balance force.
We manufacture and supply 8" welded tooth Cantilever cutters and button cantilever cutters, and the allowed thrust force up to 60kN per cutter.
Cantilever welded tooth cutters are mainly applied in soft formations (UCS<80Mpa), and cantilever button cutters are mainly applied in medium hard formations (UCS>80Mpa).
Cantilever cutters are also applied in core barrels.
