We are one of the professional manufacturers and suppliers of replacement slitter knives for slitting
and side trimming of metals, both ferrous and non-ferrous. Our knives are manufactured from the finest Cemented Carbide, which is more cost-effective than alloy tool steels, and are performance matched to your cutting application.
Each knife if precisely inspected to provide a knife with consistently uniform hardness. The end result: longer runs, higher quality slit edges, and decreased regrind cycles. Our slitter knives are manufactured from a wide variety of standard and unique alloy grades. All knives are manufactured from fine grain size tungsten carbide to provide the optimum grain structure after finishing process and superior mechanical properties for the application in which they are to be used.
Solid carbide slitter knives are available for special applications. Knives can be manufactured to guaranteed thickness tolerances of +/- .0001mm with precision lapped and polished surfaces.
