abrasive powders and high speed, vibratory motion to cut discs, holes, cylinders, squares and other shapes from hard, brittle materials.
Disc Cutter is a precision instrument, which is designed to precisely align and cut discs or drill holes from a wide range of materials using either a tube shaped brass tool with an abrasive slurry or a diamond tipped tool.
Tungsten carbide disc cutters are widely used in different applications like slitting of paper, wood, film, aluminum foil, rubber, leather cloth and other purposes.
We manufacture disc cutters that are being variously used in different industrial applications. These cutters offer high tolerance and optimal chip breaker design with abrasion resistant edge. They are treated under controlled conditions to increase the cutting edge rigidity.
