The Rico WTM1516 is a 2-Axis CNC
controlled wood turning lathe designed for turning wooden stairs handrails, stairs column, stair wood balusters, posts, columns, and even baseball bats. Two axis finish two pieces products at one time, it is especially suitable for the mass production of small or medium or large-scale wood enterprises.
Two Axis Wood Lathe Main Features:
1. There are total two axes with this cnc wood lathe, which can work at the same time, improved the working efficiency. Also you could just use 1 axis with two pcs cutter or one pc cutter, two cutters could do rough turning and finish turning at the same time for high efficiency and surface quality.
2. Wood cnc lathe adopts high precision stepper motors, calculated by the program to ensure the machine accuracy.
3. Feeding part: Taiwan HIWIN high quality straight line sliding rails and TBI precise ballscrew, ensure the lathing accuracy.
4. Driving system: Adopt frequency conversion speed regulation system, could adjust the turning speed at any time to solve the problem of materials’ vibration.
5. DSP handle system is easy to operate.
6. Profiles are designed in CAD/CAM software provided with the machine and stored in the control system for easy recall.
7. The cnc wood lathe machine has the memory for the breakpoint like power failure.
Double Axis Wood Lathe Application:
Various cylindrical workpiece such as various staircase column, Roman column, general column, tables or chairs legs, washstand, wooden vase, wooden table, baseball bat, car wooden furniture, children' s bed column, etc. Twin axis wood lathe is great for column, cylindrical, conical, curved, spherical etc wood rotary products making.
