Product Description:
Check master, also known as Precision Step Gauge, is one of Anyi's Genius. According to the recent calibration,
calibrated by NIM, the accuracy of Anyi's Check Master has been very closed to that of Mitotuyo. Which becomes a good news to CNC makers and measurement Institute. For the accuracy is very optimistic, but with a competitive prices.
Descriptions of Anyi's Check Master Gauge.
1. To calibrate a Co-ordinate Measuring Machine with a laser interferometer is time consuming and costly.
3. Check Master provides a cheap and effective way of assessing the performance of a Co-ordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) for a length measuring task. It has been proved highly informative for calibrating the length measurement uncertainty of CMM. Precision Step Gauge ANYI-Step requires short time for preparation and measurement.
4. ANYI-Check Master is not only an ideal mechanical reference artifact for calibration, monitoring and traceability of CMMs, but also for machine tools, maching centers and height gauges.
5. Nominal lenght from 300 mm up to maximal 1000 mm.
Special lengths upon enquiry.
6. 20 mm increments (customized increments upon enquiry)
7. Steel gauge blocks, carbide gauge blocks and ceramic gauge blocks are optional.
8. Horizontal type, vertical type and types for calipers are available.
