Hot
wire foam cutter is a tool used to cut polystyrene foam, Styrofoam, EPS, sponge, and similar materials. This CNC (computer numerical controlled) hot wire cutter, controlled by controller, cut the shapes automatically as per your design. Also it can equipped with lathe attachments, which can be used with either stretched or preformed wire. Lathe attachments (CNC hot wire foam lathe) allow cutting of spiral shapes, and are often used to create concrete forms for ornamental and structural items, such as planters and stairway balusters and newels.

RC-IX Series——7-axis control system (A Global Leader), the hot wire ends are controlled individually. It matches the hot wire tension inductor, hot wire extended /tensioning system and Voltage compensation system. The hot wire machine can be controlled remotely. Both ends of the hot wire can run asynchronously, and both ends of the object can be different shapes. Turn Table, Lathe and Shapewire are available.
