Product Description:
CNC flame/plasma Cutting machine and CNC underwater plasma cutting machine are high efficient and energy-saving
cutting equipment. They are suitable for the precise cutting for carbon steel, stainless steel and nonferrous metal plates with different thickness and can promote the utility of plates and can save time & materials. CNC flame cutting machine has good performance in cutting carbon steels with 5-300mm thick, while for CNC plasma cutting machine to cut stainless steels, carbon steels and nonferrous metals with thickness 0.5-150mm. CNC underwater plasma cutting machine equipped with water platform can greatly reduce pollution such as smoke, dust, arc, harmful gas, noise etc, . caused by plasma cutting, which could have good environmental protection.
Beam: With box-welded structure, heat-treated to eliminate stress, with such features as good rigidity, non-distortion, high precision, light weight, and small inertia.
Vertical drive frame (side frame): Both-ends are designed with horizontal guide wheel to adjust the press to the bottom of the rails from eccentric wheel in order to keep the whole machine in stable motion; Equipped with dust catcher to scrape off the sundries gathered on the rail.
Vertical and Horizontal drive: Both are moved by the precise rack gear. Horizontal track is made of precisely cold-drawing-guided plate; Vertical track is made of precisely road rail (heavy rail). The deceleration device adopts imported precision gear reducer, and eliminates the backlash among the gear to ensure accuracy and smoothness of movement.
Transmission steel belt: highly flexible flat belt is used in driving torch stand to realize Cocurrent cutting or Mirror image cutting.
