Pressure ball machine application:
Mainly used for a variety of powder pressed pellets, such as: light
burned Mg Powder, active lime powder. Some materials also can be added into tittle water or other adhesive, like: Silicon-manganese alloy powder, manganese-carbon alloy powder etc.
Pressure ball machine working principle:
Raw material was pushed into two horizontal rollers after the compressor forced exhaust to the material, reduction gears provide power to the two rollers (double output shaft speed reducer hardened), which made the two rollers rotating constantly in opposite direction, the pre-former spindle rotation can be adjust to ensure the material in rollers’ upper space is always full. Along with the compression roller rotating, the material is compressed when the ball cavity surface turned to a closed state, and again in the opening state, the compressed block material naturally prolapsed due to the unbalanced force and gravity. The actual density of raw materials can increase 1-3 times in the process of pressing, which reaches a certain intensity requirements.
