Product Description:
1.Scratches
Defect characteristics: the surface has periodic dark or light-bright mechanical stripes
or marks along the longitudinal direction; the location: the front and back surfaces:
Cause: The surface of the pinch roller and drive roller contacting the steel belt is rough or embedded with foreign objects: the tension pad is dirty: the tension belt is damaged.
2.Roller imprint
Defect characteristics: Periodic pits or impressions appear on the surface of the steel plate. Location: Any part of the surface
Cause: Produced during metal cutting machine shutdown
3.Edge wire
Defect characteristics: when strip steel is slit, the trimmed edge is not completely cut off, and it is attached to the edge of the finished steel strip; the generated part: the edge;
Cause: The disc shear blade gap and overlap are not adjusted properly, and the disc shear blade collapses.
4.Surface oil
Defect characteristics: oil or dirt after surface processing of unoiled steel strip: both sides of the steel strip
Cause: Failure to scrub all equipment in contact with the strip surface as planned
5.Glitch
Defect feature: sharp and thin spurs appear on the edge of the steel strip. Location: both sides of the steel strip
Causes: poor disc cutting edge, improper tool clearance, cutting edge chipping
