Product Description:
LMT5160ZYS refuse compacting truck:
Features:
1. Stiffening beam and steel plates are welded to form
the solid dustbin frame structure, and with a concave bottom and arc surface on the top and sides. It features beautiful appearance, light weight and no distortion.
2. The push shovel consists of steel frame and folding panel. With a lightweight structure, it also can distribute refuse uniformly and unload completely.
3. Filling device mainly consists of shell, sliding plate, scraper and some other components, each component adopts beam or box structure. It has solid structure and light weight.
4. The compression and transportation of refuse are finished under a closed state, which eliminates dust flying caused by the airflow during the operation and transportation.
5. There is a special rubber sealing strips between the dustbin and filling device, and sealed by a locking device, which avoid secondary pollution.
6. The control system of the vehicle centralized all the advantages of electronic, pneumatic and hydraulic systems, which improved the operation reliability.
7. Engine power output is controlled by electronic throttle control system and ensures that the engine can automatically select acceleration or idle speed according to the operation state of garbage truck. By this design, power loss and system overheating is avoided and fuel consumption reduction is well achieved.
8. Adopt imported PLC (programmable logic controller) integrated control and logic circuit system to ensure all the operational order executed in sequence, which can reduce accidents caused by misoperation and improve the reliability.
9. Set up an emergency braking button which can stop operation in any state or any location, so that ensures the safety of operator and the equipment itself.
10. Have both automatic and manual operation modes, and the operation control box installed both in the cab and the rear of vehicle. It is convenient for operation.
11. Users can choose different dump box (bucket) structure according to different refuse collection processes.
