itself on being one of the foremost concrete precast mould makers. Bakjam Steel Fabrication has been engaged in some of the largest concrete precast mould making jobs in the middle east. Our concrete precast moulds have been used by most leading civil contractors in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. We have a complete in house concrete precast mould design capability. Concrete precast moulds are designed keeping in mind large production run requirements. We use quality hard wearing materials for fabrication of concrete precast moulds. All our concrete precast moulds are designed for ease of fitment and form release. Adequate tapers are provided in concrete precast mould for easy removal of precast sections. We make concrete precast moulds of the following types:
Circular column concrete precast mould for dia 300, dia 400, dia 500
Circular column concrete precast mould for dia 550, dia 600, dia 700
Circular column concrete precast mould for dia 1000, dia 1200 and above
We make concrete precast moulds for boundary walls and columns. We make concrete precast moulds for column footings several other types of concrete precast moulds are made for the precast
industry. we have the experience of producing 25mx5mx2.5m high moulds for the pontoons for floating bridge in Dubai.
