RCHM series of continuous security envelop making machine can collate and gluing the carbonless security
envelopes and
pin mailers from roll to pack or pack to pack.

(1)Mitsubishi PLC controller
(2)Mitsubishi frequency converter to control the speed of motor.
(3)Automatic unwinding, from roll to collating, folding pack.
(4)Transversal and longitudinal gluing, depends on the factual demands.
(5)1 set of numbering system(no need code ring change, no need code base change and no need code machine change) can
print different size of numbers.
(6)harmonic wave rectifier, automatically rectifying in gluing, numbering, adjust on 360 degree freely.
(7), auto unwind, auto gluing, auto numbering, auto sprocket hole sewing, auto cross perforating, auto folding.the
functions are optional for customer relying in the demands.
(8)auto stop when paper broken.
(9)auto end mark printing. it's optional for chooosing.
