3.Main equipment

1)Wire section

It adopts the triassic net architecture and has three open headboxes. Each wire table are equipped with forming board, scraper water board, vacuum box, tight device and receive water pot.

Φ550mm breast roll

Φ800mm vacuum couch

Φ550mm wire driving roll

Φ800mm upper couch

2)Press section

It’s composed by the vacuum press and lager diameter press.

Vacuum press has Φ800mm upper press roll and Φ850mm vacuum press roll.The large diameter press has Φ1300mm upper press roll and Φ1300mm bottom press roll. Each pressure uses the pneumatic tyre pressurization and is equipped with the cleaning device.Every felt has automatic corrector and electric tightener.The frame is steel welded structure.In this section it has the broken pool.

3)Drying section

One set of dryers has 26 Φ1500 dryers.Frame is steel welded.It drives by the closed gear.Each felt has automatic corrector and electric tightener.Dryer is equipped with scraper knife.Between the one set and two set dryers it has a sizing machine with Φ700mm sizing roll.

Two set of dryers has 12 dryers, the other is same with the one set.

4) Air hood

Drying section is equipped with the ordinary air hood.The material is aluminum profile and aluminum board.

5)Drive

The whole machine owns 19 drive points and the total power is 834kw.Each dive point is equipped with a gear reducer and coupling.

4.Accessory equipment

1)Two rollers calender 1 set

2)Horizontal reeling machine 1 set
