Product Description:
SI group SP-1045 equivalent.it's a kind of Heat reactive octylphenol-formaldehyde resin with methylol
active group which can be used in BR, EPDM, NBR, CR and NR.it is widely used in the production of tire, stoppers, coating, adhesive, rubber roll etc.melting point 85~95 ℃.
Applications:
Curing resin S-1045(phenolic resin SP-1045) is widely used in the production of tire, stoppers, coating, adhesive, rubber roll etc.
when Curing resin S-1045(phenolic resin SP-1045) acts as a curing agent it should be used together with activator such as 5~10% chloroprene rubber or 2~5% metal halogen.Phenolic Resin S-1055(SP-1055 equivalent) and Phenolic Resin S-1065(SP-1065 equivalent) don’t need use together with activator as there is bromine in it.
