Demo Medical disposable steam EO sterilization indicator strip
Structure and properties: Chemical indicator
card for plasma sterilization is that a chemical substance with the color reagent and their their accessories made of ink, and printing ink on the special card paper which is printed standard color blocks (light yellow), show instruction blocks of color (green) under specific temperature conditions can quickly and intuitively reflect whether the items to be sterilized after sterilization, the color after sterilization will not fade.
Usable range
Apply to 132 °C -136 °C pulse pre-vacuum or vacuum pressure steam sterilizer, the lower pressure steam sterilizer like desktop or cassette, etc.
Usage
Place the card in the package or tissue with items under sterilization and try to avoid the items overlapping the indicator card completely and observe the card after sterilization.If the color turns light yellow from initial green, the sterilization conforms to the standard.
Notice
The items to be sterilized should not be placed close to interior wall of the cabinet, the card should not attach to the metal that is easy to form condensation and other hard surface such as glass etc, so as to avoid accuracy missing of color agent during the sterilization.
Storage condition
keep stored in the dark at room temperature 15 °C~30 °C and 50% relative humidity, avoid to contact with corrosive gases.
