Dog Chew Snacks Processing Line can produce all kinds of chewing bone, chewing snacks and semi moist
pet food for pets, like dogs and cats for their chewing habits. The shapes can be strip, screw shape, bars, sticks, core-filled snacks, and even double-color chew snacks. Wet-textured products are also based on a mixture of vegetable and animal proteins, but include much higher meat addition rates. Typically, they have water contents of 60 to 70%.
With different recipes, various tastes can meet different market demands. Functional foods can be made, e.g. cleaning of teeth or bites given to animals to keep them busy, such as chewing bones.
The basic production procedures include: Flour Mixing -- Material Conveying -- Extruding – Core Filled -- Cooling & Conveying -- Cutting -- Drying
The main parameters are as follows:
DRD75: 30-50kg/hr, 38kw, 15000 x 8000 x 3000mm
DRD80: 40-60kg/hr, 38kw, 18000 x 8000 x 3000mm
DRD100: 60-100kg/hr, 38kw, 22000 x 8000 x 3000mm
