2. manual inner tight decoiler for the double layer roll forming machine:
a. coil inner diameter: 450mm-700mm
b. maximum width of coiling: 1200mm
c. maximum weight of loading: 6000kg
3. Main roll forming machine:
a. number of forming steps: Upper 18stations; Down 18 stations
b. material of shaft: 45# steel adjustable treatment. Diameter: 70mm
c. material of roller: high grade 45# steel(plated chrome on surface)
d. main motor power: 5.5kw
e. forming speed: 8-13m/min
f. stand: 280# steel welding
g. the plating chromium of roller surface: 0.05mm
4. hydraulic cutter for the double sheet roll forming machine:
a. material of blade: Cr12 mould steel with quenched treatment 60-62℃
b. cutting system: adopt advanced hydraulic drive, after forming automatic cut, no distort, no wasting, high safe factor.(main motor stop cutting)
