A). Down pipe forming machine mainly consists
of decoiler, roll forming system, cutting equipment, hydraulic system, control system, runout table
C). Work Flow:
Decoiler--> Coil sheet guiding and feeding --> Roll forming --> Tighten Device -> Cut to length --> Out-put Table --> Curving machine
B). Curving pipe machine is the complementary equipment for down pipe forming machine. It can make curve for down pipe to meet the requirement of practical engineering projects.

Number of roll stand: About 20 stands
Forming speed: 6-12m/min
Voltage: 380 V, 3 Phase 50Hz
Dimension of machine: About 12000mm*1100mm*1200mm
Machine wight: about 12 Ton
Material of Axis: High grade 45# steel
Diameter of Axis: φ75mm
Material of Roller: High grade 45#, polished and coated with 0.05mm Chrome Surface.
Materical of Machine Frame: A3 Steel, thickness 18mm
Type of forming machine: chain-gear transmission
The most lower layer rollers are driven by chain and reducer motor, some upper/lower rollers driven by gear wheel.
Manually adjust the speaces and rollers can produce sheet of different thickness in a range.
