Drill controller
Tiny Controls Drill Controller is a new concept for drilling operations. It is an
economical solution designed to automate the repetitive drilling tasks. Two setups named M setup and R setup are provided in the system. M setup (Main setup) controls the motion parameters of stepper motor and R setup (Run set up) controls the drilling speed, depth of drill and number of steps in one drill round.
Specifications and Features:
1. A 20x4 alphanumeric LCD to display status and settings.
2. Easy to understand menus and smooth navigation.
3. 16 bit controller with 32 bit math for precise indexing.
4. Maximum Pulse rate: 40 KHz.
5. Control:
a. Jogging.
b. Longitudinal speed control.
6. Inputs: 3 NPN Proxy (M setup, R setup and Home) + 1 On-Off switch for start- stop.
7. Outputs: 2 (Step and Direction) for motor +two 12V outputs (for NPN proximity type sensor) + 5V output.
8. Operating interface: User friendly keys.
9. Panel mount.
