Product Description:
Dryer Section:
It includes of 2 dryers. Tthe top dryer part has felt, bottom dryer has dry wire. Set
with pneumatic guide and stretcher for each dryer. The drive is moved by big gear, frame is box type made of CI. Use rolling bearings for this part. It has rotary steam joint, syphon tube.
2.3.1 Tope dryer part 1 unit
Dia. Φ3000mm，width 3650mm，cylinder body is CI, hardness is ＞HB220, ＜HB230, casting part are treated by anneal. Dryer device includes of bearing 3153168, housing, rotary steam joint, doctor welding by formed steel, doctor holder welding by steel plate, doctor blade 3650X88X5m made of high strength EP. Working pressure of dryer is 0.5MPa，cylinder surface smoothness is 0.8um, water test pressure 0.6Mpa.
2.3.2 Touch Roll, 1 pc
Dia. Φ650mm，width 3650mm，cylinder body is CI, covered with High temperature resistance rubber, thickness 20mm, crown 0.+6mm, hardness “A” 95±2°, nip pressure 600N/cm, dynamic balanced.
Loading device for touch roll: 1 set
Loading by air bellow, remove by deadweigh.
2.3.3 Bottom Dryer 1 unit
Dia. Φ3000mm，width 3650mm，cylinder body is CI （HT250）, hardness is ＞HB220, ＜HB230, casting part are treated by anneal. Dryer device includes of 1 set of rotary steam joint, 1 set of bearing 3153168 & housing.
2.3.4 Glazing Roll 1 pc
Dia. Φ650mm，width 3650mm，cylinder body is CI, covered with High temperature resistance rubber, thickness 20mm, hardness “A” 90±2°. Steel shaft head, loading and lifting by dual ripple bellow and set with compressed air control system. It use grease for lubrication and dynamic balanced.
2.3.5 Guide Roll quantity subject to final design
Dia. φ242mm，width 3600mm，roll material is seamless steel tube, CI bulkhead.
2.3.5 Frame 1 unit
Welded CI box-type frame.
2.3.6 Hood
It’s closed hood for top dryers with formed steel bracket, coating with aluminum plate. The maximum working tension for dry felt is 5 N/m.
2.3.7 Pick-up roll and spring pick-up roll: 3 units
Dia. Φ156mm，width 3600mm, 20 # seamless stell tube coated with chrome, 45# steel tempered shaft head.
